A celebration of Deepavali was held at an open house at Silver Star Cinema, Kampung Simee, Ipoh on November 9, under the heading of Majlis Sambutan Deepavali DAP Ipoh Timor – Canning.
Around 150 people attended the celebration, including YB Jenny Choy, who was there to present assistance to students who participated in the Teen Eagle Global Finals in Rome Italy, and who had successfully achieved 4 gold and 1 silver medals.
