IPOH: Coffee enthusiasts, if you have no plans for the weekend, don’t miss the opportunity to attend the Perak Coffee Carnival at the Polo Ground in Ipoh this Saturday.
Dubbed “Cherita Secangkir Kopi,” the program kicks off as early as 7 a.m. and runs until 11 p.m.
Numerous activities are lined up, including the Barista Fun Run, skateboard competition, coffee preparation contest, the Coffee Treasure Hunt, and the Latte Art Show.
Other events include a performance by Buskers with Bob Bukit Bintang, a collaborative exhibition, a photography competition and clinic, sales by the Madani cooperative, and a coffee chat session with the Malaysian Coffee School.
Organized by the Women, Family, Social Welfare, Entrepreneurship, and Cooperative Development Exco Office of the State of Perak, the program brings together various coffee vendors and sellers.
The initiative is a collaboration between the Exco Office and the Perak State Secretariat for Entrepreneurs, Perak SADC, and the Malaysian Cooperative Commission.
