IPOH: A total of 53 buyers received offer letters for low-cost houses at the RumahbPerakku 1 Chemor Offering Ceremony organized by the Perak Housing and Property Board (LPHP).
Chairman of the Housing and Local Government Committee of Perak, Sandrea Ng Shy Ching, mentioned that the low-cost houses are expected to be completed by the middle of the upcoming year.
“The target buyers are from the B40 group who do not yet own a house,” she stated on Facebook after attending the delivery ceremony at the Perak Darul Ridzuan Building recently.
Sandrea added that, to enhance service delivery, LPHP also arranged for bank representatives and legal officers to be present at the event.
“This is to facilitate recipients in checking financing eligibility and receiving advice from the appointed legal panel,” she explained.
