IPOH, March 4 – Impiana Hotel Ipoh is bringing back its much-anticipated Ramadan buffet with the theme ‘Dari Perak Ke Timur Tengah, Serumpun Iftar’, offering a distinctive culinary experience throughout the holy month.
Held at The Coffee House from March 3 to 29, 2025, the buffet features six rotating menus, showcasing an array of local and Middle Eastern delicacies.
According to Executive Chef Mohd Nizam Bin Abdul Rahim, this year’s spread highlights signature dishes such as Kambing Golek, Chicken and Beef Shawarma, along with authentic Middle Eastern favourites like Hummus, Tabouleh, Moutabal, Falafel, Rice Mandy, Rice Kabsah, and desserts including Baklava and Kunafa.
Senior Assistant Manager Normah Ahmad said the hotel offers several attractive promotions, including the Promosi Jimat Komer!, where guests can enjoy a buy-one-free-one deal at RM119 for two people for early purchases made before Feb 20, 2025. This promotion is valid from March 3 to 6 and is limited to the first 70 customers.
Meanwhile, the Pakej Jimat Combo offers a special rate of RM100 per person for group bookings of at least four adults from Monday to Thursday. Guests who spend RM300 and above will also stand a chance to win an exclusive stay through a lucky draw.
As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, RM1 from each customer’s payment will be donated to Tabung Bantuan Pekita, a welfare home for elderly Muslims in Lahat, Perak.
In addition to the main buffet, several speciality stations will be available, including the Gadis Duduk Bersimpul Station, which features Cucur Udang Kertas, Ayam Pandan, and Cekodok Pisang; the Raya Station, offering Lemang, Nasi Impit, Rendang Ayam and Serunding; the Gulai Kawah Station, serving, Rendang Tok, Ikan Pari Asam Pedas, and Ikan Patin Tempoyak; and the Crispy Fried Station with a selection of fried fish, prawns, and squid.
The Ramadan buffet is priced at RM119 per adult, RM99 for senior citizens (60 years and above), and RM79 for children.
