An eyesore!
Even with a rubbish bin provided, trash is still scattered around—like cardboard boxes and polystyrene food containers.
The metal bin itself is not in its proper place.
There’s also a black plastic bag, presumably full of garbage, simply left next to the bin.
A canvas sheet can also be seen lying on the road, partially covering a nearby parking space.
