IPOH: Several schools in the Ipoh Timor parliamentary constituency received contributions to support school and association activities.
The contributions were presented by the Political Secretary to the Ipoh Timor MP, Mohamad Norriduan Mohamed Idrus, on behalf of Ipoh Timor Member of Parliament, Howard Lee.
During the visit, he also surveyed the school environments, some of which require attention to ensure the safety and comfort of students.
During the visit to Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Tamil) Chettiar, Buntong State Assembly Member Thulsi Manogaran was also present.
The visit continued to SK Methodist ACS Ipoh, accompanied by the school’s Parent-Teacher Association (PIBG) committee member, Aidi Rizal Kamaruddin.
“To support the efforts of educators in teaching schoolchildren, the Ipoh Timor MP has also allocated contributions to the Malayan Teachers’ Union.
“This is to facilitate union activities aimed at ensuring educators are competent in delivering quality education to help students succeed,” said Mohamad Norriduan.
