IPOH: Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) has launched KITS Style, a SuperApp aimed at digitalizing the country’s public transportation services.
The KITS Style app is expected to become KTMB’s primary platform for advancing into the digital era by offering a one-stop solution for customers.
This will make travel experiences more modern, convenient, and efficient.
KITS Style is more than just a ticket purchasing platform — it also offers a variety of other features.
Among them is online ticket booking, which previously required users to visit a counter or kiosk at the station.
Other attractive features include digital ticket purchases and integration with strategic partners such as AirAsia.
Users can book both flight and train tickets within a single app.
The launch of this app marks not only a historic achievement but also aligns with the Ministry of Transport’s aspiration to expand digital transformation within the transportation sector.
