IPOH: The damaged low-voltage supply box (feeder pillar) along Jalan Raja Permaisuri Bainun, reported yesterday by Ipoh Echo/Peraktastic, has received a response from the relevant authorities.
Pasir Pinji State Assemblyman (ADUN), Goh See Hua, said he has raised the issue with the Ipoh City Council (MBI), and repair works are scheduled for tomorrow, 13 August.
It was previously understood that the feeder pillar was damaged due to a collision, resulting in darkness along the road at night.
The issue arose following complaints from regular road users who depend on the route for their daily commute.
Ipoh Echo/Peraktastic extends its appreciation to the authorities for responding to the reported issue, in the interest of public safety.
