IPOH: Two police stations under the administration of Ipoh, Pekan Baru Police Station and the Sentral Police Station, have received new police chiefs in a recent handover ceremony.
Inspector (Insp) Mohd Zulhafiz Zainuddin has been appointed as the Chief of the Pekan Baru Police Station, taking over duties from ASP Azrene Shazwani Abd Manap.
The new Chief of the Sentral Police Station is Insp Mohd Shafiq Md. Jusob, replacing ASP Noor Fadzly Ahmad.
The handover ceremony was officiated by the Ipoh District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Abang Zainal Abidin Abang Ahmad.
The appointment of the two new police chiefs in Ipoh’s administration ensures continuity of duties and aims to maintain public safety and order.
