Jingle Fusion Buffet at WEIL Hotel: Celebrate the Festive Season with Over 100 Global Delights!

IPOH – The festive season at Tiffin Restaurant, WEIL Hotel Ipoh is set to be even more memorable with the launch of the Jingle Fusion Brunch & Dinner Buffet, running from 24 December 2025 to 1 January 2026.

This international-standard buffet features over 100 dishes, blending global flavours with a local twist, offering diners a unique and comprehensive gastronomic experience.

Led by Head Chef, Mr Rram, the buffet showcases both Western and Asian cuisines, prepared with meticulous attention to detail and professional expertise. Local favourites are also served alongside international dishes, creating a harmonious fusion that reflects Malaysia’s rich cultural diversity.

The dessert counter is equally impressive, presenting an array of festive sweets that are sure to captivate. The buffet is perfect for enjoying Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, festive weekends, and New Year’s Day celebrations. Children under four dine for free, adding extra value for families.

Chef Rram highlights nine main dishes as the buffet’s star attractions, including Garlic Butter Szechuan Pepper Prawns, Grilled Lamb with Mongolian Sauce, Pan-Seared Barramundi with Coconut & Lemongrass Velouté, Balsamic Roast Chicken, and Slow-Braised Lamb with Herbs & Vegetables.

Guests are also encouraged not to miss the Roasted Turkey and Tandoori Turkey, both reimagined with Chinese and Malay flavours to appeal to local palates while preserving the authenticity of Western cuisine.

 

For Japanese cuisine enthusiasts, the Japanese Corner offers a variety of fresh dishes that are both nutritious and tantalising to the taste buds. Meanwhile, the Spanish Wheel Rice, made with fragrant basmati rice, remains a crowd favourite, completing the fusion-themed culinary journey throughout the festive season.
