The romantic evening concludes with Classic Caramel Pudding Marzano, soft and sweetly balanced, garnished with toasted coconut and pumpkin seeds.
The menu is crafted by Junior Sous Chef Muhammad Syamil Zaki, who brings seven years of professional experience, including stints at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Sunway City, Kuala Lumpur, promising internationally standard dining.
Couples seeking an enhanced experience can opt for the Room + Valentine’s Dinner Package, starting from RM498 nett per night. This includes dinner for two and breakfast for two the next morning.
