IPOH: Black Panther FC Perak received a timely morale boost after being presented with jerseys and training kits for the team’s use.

20 match jerseys and 20 training shirts were donated by local entrepreneur Datuk P. Gopal and his wife, Datin Kishalini.

The club, established over the past 10 years, has been actively training students in football as part of its efforts to unearth new talent.

Its chairman, M. Segaran, said the contribution was meaningful in helping to raise the players’ spirit and motivation.

He added that the club currently has  100 active members comprising various age groups.

“Support like this provides a strong encouragement for players to continue training and compete healthily,” he said.

He noted that having sufficient jerseys and training gear is crucial to ensure the team’s preparations remain at an optimal level.

Meanwhile, Black Panther FC Perak is currently stepping up preparations for a tournament organised by the Malaysian Indian Football Association.
