The way businesses use office space is changing across Malaysia.

While the shift is more visible in major business centres such as Kuala Lumpur, it is becoming increasingly relevant in growing cities like Ipoh too.

More SMEs, professional firms and regional teams are looking for flexible, serviced and move-in ready offices instead of committing to heavy renovation costs and long traditional leases.
