A complainant reported an open manhole allegedly resulting from cable theft in the Pasir Pinji area (in front of Cafe Teng).
They stated that a cone has been placed at the manhole to warn passersby on the road to exercise caution.
“The manhole cover is slightly raised, appearing as though someone opened it. If it remains open, the relevant authorities should be expected to secure it properly,” they said.
