Astana Chemor Phase 2 offers premium, affordable homes

IPOH: Forte Emerald Sdn. Bhd. has launched the PerakKu Astana Chemor Phase 2 (Ardea) housing project following the overwhelming response to Phase 1, in which all 114 units were sold out in a short period.

Built on a 13.69-acre site, the development features 184 single-storey terraced houses within a gated community, with prices starting from RM282,150.
