IPOH: The country’s largest agro-based sales event, FAMA Fest 2025 @ RTC Perak, made a strong comeback as more than 30,000 visitors flocked to the venue from as early as 10am on its opening day.
Held at the Rural Transformation Centre (RTC) in Gopeng, the five-day event runs from May 29 to June 2 and features a total of 210 booths with participation from 120 agro-entrepreneurs representing various states.
Organised by the Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA), the festival showcases a wide array of agro-based products under segments such as Jualan Agro Madani, IMAT Products, and Agrobazaar Online.
Visitors can also enjoy local delicacies at the food stalls and Empayar Makanan dining area, while browsing through a selection of floriculture items and handmade crafts.
FAMA Fest 2025 aims to strengthen the national food supply chain and promote locally produced goods through direct engagement between entrepreneurs and consumers.
