IPOH: The Social and Cultural Bureau of PUSPANITA Perak organized the 2025 Jalur Gemilang Flag-Raising Campaign at the state level in conjunction with the National Month celebration yesterday.
In a statement, the Ipoh City Council (MBI) said the event, held at Dataran Bandaraya Ipoh, was enlivened by a ‘Fitness Merdeka PUSPANITA 2025’ aerobics session.
The program took place from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
“The aim of this campaign is to ignite the spirit of patriotism and love for the country among PUSPANITA members and the general public by encouraging the flying of the Jalur Gemilang on premises, vehicles, and surrounding areas,” said the statement.
It added that the independence-themed aerobics activity served as a platform to promote a healthy and active lifestyle in line with the Malaysia Madani aspiration.
“This program not only expresses support for the celebration of Malaysia’s 68th National Day in 2025,but also reflects the unity and togetherness of PUSPANITA members and the people of Perak,”
Meanwhile, Datin Dr. Zoharah Omar, Deputy Chairperson 1 of PUSPANITA Perak, attended the event on behalf of the Chairperson of PUSPANITA Perak, while Shamsinarhaliah Mohd Shamsuri, Deputy Chairperson 1 of PUSPANITA MBI, represented the Chairperson of PUSPANITA MBI.
