Report stray dog issues through Perak’s SISPAA

By Aida Aziz

BATU GAJAH: The public is encouraged to submit complaints regarding stray dogs or neighbourhood-related issues through Perak’s Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA).

According to the Batu Gajah District Council (MDBG), another operation to catch stray dogs was recently carried out in the district.

They also advised the public to ensure that pets are not allowed to roam freely, to maintain cleanliness, and to properly manage food waste to prevent stray dog problems in residential areas.

In addition, MDBG remains committed to continuing monitoring and taking continuous action to ensure that living environments remain safe and harmonious.

For any complaints related to stray dogs or neighbourhood issues, the public is encouraged to submit their reports through Perak’s SISPAA at perak.spab.gov.my for further action.

SISPAA is an online platform introduced by the government for the public to channel complaints, suggestions, inquiries, or appreciation regarding government agency services.

The system aims to make it easier for citizens to deliver feedback promptly and helps government agencies improve the quality of their services.

It also allows the public to lodge complaints and monitor the status of their submissions online.
