IPOH – The Karnival Kita Madani X Program Madani Rakyat (PMR) 2.0 for the Perak state level is set to take place on 27 and 28 March 2026 at the Institut Latihan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia Sultan Azlan Shah (ILKKM SAS).
The opening ceremony is expected to be officiated by the Political Secretary to the Finance Minister, YBrs. Muhammad Kamil Abdul Munim, on 28 March at 12pm.
The two-day programme features a range of family-friendly activities including Senam Raya Madani, colouring contests, the Meriahnya Raya competition and complimentary engine oil change services.
Also lined up are Rahmah sales, exhibitions by government agencies, a blood donation drive, an e-Sport competition and a casual forum titled “Generasi Digital, Jiwa Kenegaraan”.
The evening of 27 March will be enlivened by the Wayang Pacak Raya MADANI screening, held as a tribute to the late filmmaker Mamat Khalid, along with busker performances, a Raya feast and interactive quizzes.
The highlight of the event on 28 March includes cultural performances, a launch gimmick, prize presentations and lucky draws, before the programme concludes with the e-Sport finale and Meriahnya Raya competition.
