IPOH: A 29-year-old local man died after reportedly falling from the Pasar Besar Ipoh building on Jalan Laksamana this morning.
According to Ipoh District Police Chief, ACP Muhammad Najib Hamzah, the police received information about the incident at 9:25 a.m.
He stated that the victim was later taken to the Forensic Medicine Department at Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital around 10:30 a.m. for post-mortem examination.
“The police advise the public not to speculate or spread unverified information regarding this incident to avoid confusion and to ensure the integrity of the investigation.”
“Members of the public with any information related to this case are urged to contact the Ipoh District Police Headquarters operations room at 05-245 1500 or visit the nearest police station,” he said on Wednesday.
