All forms of assistance announced by the government for the people must be channeled immediately.
Prime Minister, Dato’ Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the matter was among those discussed at the first Cabinet meeting held this morning (September 1).
“Among the main elements is the discussion of the latest status of COVID-19 infection in our country and for all ministries to move proactively to strengthen health action in order to revive economic activities that provide major benefits to the people.
“I would also like to remind the Cabinet Ministers that each ministry must prove its achievements within 100 days of duty,” he said in a post on his Facebook page today.”
Ismail Sabri emphasises that swift and integrated action is the key to freeing Malaysia from the threat of the coronavirus outbreak, as well as the economic and political turmoil that the people are going through.
“All forms of assistance that have been announced must be expedited and I will ensure that the Cabinet produces results that prioritise the stability and safety of our Malaysian Family,” he said.
