According to Health Minister, Khairy Jamaluddin, booster shots will be administered to those aged above 40 years and those with comorbidities.
He stated that the Ministry of Health has already begun administering the shots under the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme.
“As usual, they will receive their respective appointments via the MySejahtera application. Always check to ensure that you will not miss the appointment.
“Once you receive the appointment via the app, please be present to obtain your booster dose.
“This will increase our immunity and protection from the COVID-19 infection,” he said in a video uploaded on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Health yesterday.
