Malaysian Family Sales at 22 Parliamentary Locations in Perak Began Today

The Ministry of Domestic Trade And Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) Perak is organising the Malaysian Family Sales (PJKM) simultaneously at parliamentary areas statewide on December 18 and 19.

The programme is made possible with the cooperation of related agencies such as the Federal Agriculture Marketing Authority (FAMA), Fisheries Development Authority of Malaysia (LKIM), Cooperative Commission of Malaysia (SKM) and strategic partners of ministries.

KPDNHEP Perak, in a statement, informed that the sales will be organised at a total of 22 locations involving supermarkets and hotspots among others beginning 8am till 2pm.

Among the locations are the parliamentary areas of Teluk Intan, Bagan Datuk, Gerik, Lenggong, Parit Buntar, Bagan Serai, Larut, Taiping, Bukit Gantang, Parit, Beruas, Pasir Salak, Lumut, Sungai Siput, Padang Rengas, Kuala Kangsar, Batu Gajah, Kampar, Tambun, Ipoh Timur, Ipoh Barat, Tapah and Tanjung Malim.

“Over 80 types of items are offered to consumers at the Malaysian Family Sales including wet items and kitchen necessities.

“Private parties such as suppliers, wholesalers, retailers, cooperatives and supermarkets also provide support to make the state PJKM a success,” the statement highlighted. 

KPDNHEP invites members of the public, especially Perakeans, to visit set locations of PJKM to obtain necessities at attractive prices.
