Ipoh Mayor, Dato’ Rumaizi Baharin @ Md Daud said that Pasar Grocer is not only a hypermarket for basic necessities, but it is also a place that provides freshly cooked food.
“The variety of concepts introduced by the management of Pasar Grocer is able to help customers who are busy with daily affairs. With the fresh cooking service being offered, customers are only required to top up an additional RM15 for two side dishes based on their liking.
“Pasar Grocer also ensures that all groceries and daily items sold including foreign products are of authentic and halal ingredients.
“Visitors can also spend time at the Market Recaff Cafe to enjoy freshly brewed caffeine-based beverages.
“The price of goods, however, is slightly more expensive compared to other supermarkets because the goods here are mostly imported and the quality is guaranteed,” he told the media after the opening of Pasar Grocer at Jalan Lee Kwee Foh, Taman Canning today (March 11).
Also present were Ipoh City Councillors, Dato’ Ahmad Hariri Kamaruddin and Ho Wai Mun.
Pasar Grocer operates daily from 8.00am to 10.00pm.
