Rumaizi launches MBIFREEWIFI at SK Manjoi 2

The Mayor of Ipoh, Dato’ Rumaizi Baharin@Md Daud, launched MBIFREEWIFI at Sekolah Kebangsaan Manjoi 2 today.

According to Rumaizi, a total of six wifi sets have been installed in six locations in the school. Each location can accommodate 250 users at a time.

“This means, 1,500 users can use the internet which covers the entire school and nearby residents.

“This internet access is expected to be able to facilitate the affairs of all parties especially for SK Manjoi 2 residents.

“MBI is always aware of current needs, especially regarding the importance of internet access because it is an important requirement in today’s communication system.

“This is one of the components of the ‘quick win smart-city’ that is able to achieve the goal of making Ipoh a Prosperous and Smart City by 2030.

It was also attended by Puan Fadhillah bt Abd Aziz, Head Teacher, PIBG YDP, PIBG Committee, Senior Assistant and SK Manjoi 2 teachers.
