By KT Leong

AEON Midtown Falim is set to be the site to make both history and memories this coming Chinese New Year.

On 21 January 2023, it will host a record breaking event for entry into the Malaysian Book of Records.

Supported by the Ipoh City Council (MBI), MOF, ArtsFAS, Yayasan Hasanah and others, the record to be broken will be for the “Most participants Pail Drum Performance”, in an event called “Hormat & Harmoni Drumming Tour”, which will be led by the Kantan Drum Circle, who are better known as Kandora!

With a target of 1500 to 2000 drummers, readers are invited to sign up for free and be a part of history. By reserving a spot, the organisers will know to prepare a pail drum for those who want to participate. This will be a great opportunity to create some everlasting memories for the whole family.

But if fond memories are not quite enough to entice you, there are prizes to be won as well.

First off, those who register will receive a limited NFT with their names on it. Goodie bags and the opportunity to win prizes such as an iPad Gen 9, Huawei Ear Buds and more will be available.

To sign up, follow this link, which has further details on the event. Simply click on the button to the right side of your screen to reserve your spot.
