Have you ever thought about savouring dishes from three different cultures at once?
If so, why not consider indulging in the Ramadan Buffet at Weil Hotel, featuring the concept of Cita Rasa Madani (CRM)?
This buffet combines delicacies from three cultural backgrounds – Malay, Chinese, and Indian – catering to the taste buds of everyone.
A total of 150 dishes, including eight stalls with night market concepts, add vibrancy to the eagerly awaited Ramadan iftar.
Chef Ram Kumar, the head chef, mentioned that among the stalls expected to attract attention are the Viral Weil Hotel Biryani Rice Stall, Gulai Kawah & Sup Gearbox, Roasted Lamb, and a special jar of mixed drinks with ice cream.
“In addition, standout main dishes include Grilled Squid, Spicy Sour Stingray, Special Rose Chicken, Mamak-style Beef Rendang, and Lamb Rogan Josh.
“The CRM Ramadan buffet will take place at the Tiffin Restaurant, which has been certified halal. It can accommodate up to 300 people at a time. The buffet will run from March 14th to April 12th, 2024, from 7 pm to 10 pm.
“Guests can enjoy an early Ramadan promotion of two free seats with the purchase of 10 seats for adults/senior citizens. The promotion ends on March 28th, 2024,” he said.
For visitors who wish to perform prayers, a comfortable prayer room is also available on the second floor.
The regular price for the MFF Buffet is RM148 [adults], RM138 [senior citizens aged 60 and above], RM108 [children aged 5-12], and free for children under 4 years old.
