GOPENG: The popular camping destination, Gopeng Glamping Park (GGP), continues to gain recognition after being awarded the SIRIM ISO 9001:2015 Certification – Quality Management Systems for the scope of ‘Provision of Glamour Camping Resort’.
This certification reflects GGP’s commitment to strengthening the implementation of more efficient, competitive, and consistent company operations.
In a statement, GGP noted that the certification aligns with internationally recognized quality management standards.
“We extend our deepest appreciation to SIRIM for their dedication and guidance throughout the audit process and strict evaluations required to achieve this level of standard.
“We also value the support from the Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) through the Resort Entrepreneur Program (PURE), whose initiatives and certification grant assistance have played a significant role in enhancing the quality of our services,” said the statement.
This achievement marks an important milestone in GGP’s journey to provide the best glamping experience for all visitors.
In 2023, GGP also received recognition with the MS 2610:2015 certification for Muslim Friendly Hospitality Services for Accommodation (Glamour Camping Tents), Food and Beverages, and Recreational and Adventure Activities.
This popular destination in Gopeng became the third camping site in the world under the Glamour Camping Tents category to receive this certification.
This recognition further establishes the site as a camping destination in a class of its own and undoubtedly adds value to the company’s continued growth.
