Ipoh is set to burst into life this 15 May 2025 (Thursday) as the district-level celebration of National Youth Day takes place at Padang Ipoh, with festivities kicking off at 8.00 PM. Organized under the banner “Celebrate National Youth Day”, the event promises a vibrant night filled with youth energy, culture, and fitness.
One of the main highlights is “LARILA”, a fun night run covering 6 KM and 10 KM, inviting all members of the public to “Join the fun, run with us!” Refreshments will be provided to all participants.
The event is held in collaboration with several youth organizations and supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Perak State Youth and Sports Department, Kinta District Youth Council, and Rakan Muda Club. Community support includes Eguru Club, TBR, and other local youth and recreational bodies.
Beyond the run, visitors can look forward to a variety of engaging activities such as:
