Complaints by Taman Seri Desa Residents Addressed

IPOH: Issues concerning illegal gardens, tree pruning, and damaged residential roads have raised concerns among residents of Taman Seri Desa here.

Residents have lodged complaints with the Ipoh City Council (MBI), urging the authorities to take appropriate action.

Following the public complaints, Bercham assemblyman Ong Boon Piow visited the area to gain a clearer picture of the situation.

He was accompanied by MBI councillors Clr Ramesh Subramaniam and Ng Haen Vee, along with senior officers from the council.

A physical inspection on-site revealed several issues highlighted by the residents, including fallen trees within the recreational park, damaged roads around the housing area, a proposal to install lights at the children’s playground, and upgrades to pedestrian walkways.
