Chemor – Residents of Ulu Kuang, Chemor, were startled by the recent discovery of footprints believed to belong to a tiger in an oil palm plantation.

A video shared by a villager clearly showed several paw prints, which are suspected to have been left as the animal crossed the plantation.
The discovery has raised concern among locals, particularly smallholders and plantation workers who frequently pass through the area.
According to residents, this is not the first time they have been alarmed by signs of a tiger’s presence, but the latest video evidence has heightened their concerns for safety.
