IPOH — A Telekom cabinet box located along Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil in Greentown here was found left open, believed to have been broken into by irresponsible individuals.
Mohd Azmi Halim, 32, from Chemor, said the condition not only disrupted the function of the public utility but also posed a danger as its components were exposed.
“The cabinet could be damaged if exposed to rain and heat, and it could also endanger the public if touched.
“The local authorities and relevant agencies must be alert and take immediate action to repair or secure the cabinet to prevent any untoward incidents,” he said.
