GOPENG: The official launch of Phase 2 of the Gopeng Avante development will see buyers of single-storey semi-detached homes in April eligible for an early bird incentive of RM20,000.
The project also offers home ownership with monthly instalments starting from as low as RM1,200 for single-storey terraced houses and RM1,800 for semi-detached units, with selling prices from RM488,000 onwards.
Spanning approximately 53 acres, the development comprises 359 units, including 158 single-storey terraced houses, 177 single-storey semi-detached homes, and 24 commercial shop units.
Market response has been highly encouraging, with all single-storey terraced units and commercial shop lots in Phase 1 fully sold out ahead of schedule, even before the completion of the show units.
A key highlight of the development is the TKB Kolong Series, an architectural concept that reinterprets the traditional “kolong” element into a modern, multifunctional space.
Designed as an extension of the home, the space offers flexibility for social interaction, hosting guests, and daily activities while maintaining the privacy of the main interior.
Group Deputy Chairman and Chief Designer Datuk Irene Lee said the concept was introduced to revive the warmth of community living within modern housing design.
“We aim to create spaces that naturally bring people together, where interactions happen organically, and homes support both family life and community relationships,” she said.
Meanwhile, Group Executive Chairman Datuk Lee Seng Hee emphasised the company’s commitment to delivering quality and inclusive developments.
“We believe that quality, thoughtful design and comfortable living should be accessible to a wider segment of society,” he said.
