The properties are also at different stages of development, from projects under construction to selected completed homes ready for occupation, giving buyers the choice of planning ahead or moving into their new home sooner.
The wide selection of properties available all throughout Perak, gathered under one roof, allows MAPEX to fulfill their offer of: Choice, Comparison and Convenience.

In addition, there are 3 more incentives to visit MAPEX 2026. First is the Mega Bonus, whereby participating developers will be offering their respective Mega Bonus promotions, with attractive incentives and special purchase packages available during MAPEX.
