IPOH: An event that uniquely blends the world of books with the world of cuisine, through the ‘Pesta Moh Makan’, is set to take place from 23 to 27 July 2025 at AEON BiG Falim, Ipoh.
Running daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, the event will feature over 55 booths showcasing books of various genres from renowned publishers.
Complementing the literary atmosphere are a wide array of local, viral, and traditional food stalls offering irresistible treats.
Visitors will not only enjoy great discounts on a wide selection of local and international books but will also have the opportunity to meet celebrated authors and hunt for rare books that are hard to find in the market.
Adding to the excitement, this year’s Perak Book Bazaar will feature special performances by prominent names such as Dato’ Jamal Abdillah, Najwa Latif, and Hijjaz, expected to draw music lovers from near and far.
Among the main highlights are attractive promotions, including a RM10 voucher with every purchase of RM20 or more on local books, and daily lucky draws for purchases of RM50 and above, with exciting prizes up for grabs every day.
The bazaar is also family-friendly, offering a variety of children’s activities such as calligraphy and short story competitions, making it the perfect weekend destination for families.
