In conjunction with the Taiping Municipal Council (MPT) 2022 Car Free Day Programme on 17 September 2022 (Saturday) at Dataran Warisan, several roads will be closed as follows:
Part of Jalan Taming Sari starting from the detour in front of Public Bank until the detour in front of Dewan MPT, Taiping; Jalan Alang Ahmad (Bazar Cross Street location) and part of Jalan Pasar (Bazar Cross Street location).
The road closures will be implemented starting from 12.01 am until 1.00 pm.
This is done in the effort to make Taiping a Low Carbon City. Visitors or residents of the surrounding area who use the closed road as stated are advised to use other alternative roads.
