In this Interview that was broadcast live on 8 March 2023 for International Women’s Day 2023, Susherrie Suki who is the first Orang Asli to graduate with first-class honours from the prestigious University College London (UCL) in London, talks of her early years growing up in Ipoh and later the challenges she faced in achieving her success at UCL.
She also asks that people are aware of the issues facing the Orang Asli, be open minded and inclusive towards them.
Now doing her Master’s degree at UCL, Susherrie Suki is working on a Project to empower and uplift the Orang Asli.
