IPOH: The Santorini@Botani Ipoh residential project will be part of the Perak Sejahtera Development Plan 2030, aimed at providing conducive housing.

The first phase of the Raflesia Apartments involves 1,146 units, followed by another 322 units in the second phase, with prices starting from RM170,520.

Santorini@Botani Ipoh will feature approximately 1,400 elegant apartments with spacious interiors, contemporary finishes, and various amenities.

These include a children’s water-themed pool, infinity pool, multipurpose hall, gymnasium, recreational facilities such as picnic areas and glamping with BBQ pits, as well as EV charging stations.

Residents will enjoy beautiful views and a tranquil atmosphere in the rapidly developing Bandar Botani township.

Its strategic location provides easy access to major roads, shopping malls, and educational institutions, making it an ideal choice for young families, first-time homebuyers, and professionals. The project is expected to be completed in 2028.

The project launch ceremony was officiated by Perak Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad.

Also present were Deputy Education Minister, Wong Kah Woh, Chief Executive Officer of the Perak Housing and Property Board, Zulhisham Ahmad Shukori, and Miclebina Group Director, CM Ting.

In his speech, Saarani said that Santorini@Botani Ipoh is one of the affordable housing projects that reflects the state government’s commitment to providing quality homes for the people.

He stated that this initiative is part of the ongoing effort to ensure that every citizen, particularly the B40 and M40 groups, has the opportunity to own a comfortable and livable home.

“The Raflesia Apartments, with its modern and unique concept, not only meets the demand for affordable housing but also serves as a new landmark in Seri Botani, symbolizing more organized and sustainable urban development.

“The state government will continue to ensure that the affordable housing agenda is implemented comprehensively.

“With close collaboration between the government, related agencies, and the private sector, we are confident that more affordable homes will be realized for the well-being of the people and the prosperity of the state,” he added.
