IPOH — The Selera Sutera Ramadan buffet at MÙ Hotel Ipoh presents traditional Malaysian cuisine in a premium and elegant setting.

Carrying the theme A Journey of Flavours, the buffet highlights authentic Ramadan dishes with a modern touch, curated by Head Chef Ayie Sani, who brings more than a decade of experience in the culinary industry.

Among the main highlights is the signature Kambing Perap Bakar MÙ, carefully marinated and flame-grilled to deliver rich spices and a smoky aroma.

Also featured is the aromatic Sup Kambing Mamak, known for its deep, warming spices — a comforting choice for breaking fast.

Guests can also enjoy traditional favourites such as Ayam Reneh Masak Opor, slow-cooked in fragrant spiced coconut gravy, alongside a variety of dishes suitable for the whole family.

The buffet further offers live cooking stations including Char Kway Teow, BBQ and grilled selections, as well as classic desserts such as Ice Kacang.

The Selera Sutera Ramadan buffet is priced at RM88 nett for adults and RM58 nett for children aged six to 12. Pre-booking is required, with the promotion running from February 28 to March 18, 2026, every Tuesday to Saturday.
