IPOH: “It is really affordable to have lunch here. For just RM24.80, I can enjoy more than eight delicious dishes.”
That was the experience shared by Siti Balkis Amran, 42, one of the diners at the Express Buffet Lunch at MH Hotel Ipoh.
She said the current price was an attractive option for those looking for a wider selection of food on an affordable budget.
“If I eat at a cafe outside for RM24.80, I would usually only get one dish and a drink.
“But here, I can enjoy more than eight main dishes, as well as ulam-ulaman and fresh fruits. The dining area is also comfortable and air-conditioned, and importantly, the hotel has obtained halal certification from the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).
“One of my favourites is the fragrant and tender nasi minyak, as well as the lamb kurma. They are definitely worth trying,” she said.
The buffet is available at two locations, including The Pinnacle on Level 20, which offers a view of Ipoh city.
It is available every Monday to Friday, from noon to 2 pm.
The buffet is priced at RM24.80 nett per adult and senior citizen, while children are charged RM18.80 nett.
The original price for adults and senior citizens is RM37.80 nett per person.
The hotel also requires reservations as seating capacity is limited, in order to ensure diners’ comfort.
