Pantai Hospital Ipoh hosted Pantai Specialist Day: World Heart Day Edition

Pantai Hospital Ipoh hosted the Pantai Specialist Day: World Heart Day Edition on 27 and 28 September at AEON Mall Ipoh Station 18, drawing a turnout of more than 300 participants over the two-day event.

The health-focused weekend aimed to raise awareness on cardiovascular well-being while offering the public a chance to engage directly with medical specialists. Visitors enjoyed free health screenings and medical advice sessions by Pantai Hospital’s team of experts, including cardiologists, geriatric medicine specialists, and paediatricians.

The event also featured a mix of activities designed to promote wellness and family participation. Children expressed their creativity in a lively Colouring Contest, while fitness enthusiasts joined the energetic Zumba Workout session, filling the venue with energy. Another key highlight was the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Awareness Talk, which provided practical knowledge on emergency response and life-saving skills.

The organisers expressed their appreciation to AEON Mall for sponsoring the venue and to all attendees for their active participation.

The strong community response reflects the growing public interest in preventive health initiatives. With its turnout of more than 300 participants, Pantai Specialist Day reaffirmed Pantai Hospital Ipoh’s commitment to advancing health education and promoting heart health within the community.
