Netizens rejoice at the Ipoh Railway Station finishing up the repairs for the escalators there.
Ipoh Echo had been reporting that netizens had been appalled by the regular downtime of the escalators due to maintenance. With the last time noting that the maintenance work was scheduled to take place all through the holiday season, thereby denying the service to their customers when it was most necessary.
But the folks at the station rolled their sleeves up and finished the work on the escalator, just in time to service the people who needed it the most.
The crew and management did a great job in completing the work well ahead of schedule.
