Starting at 8:15 am, they will kick off the event with a high-energy Zumba session. Get ready to shake, dance, and sweat as they pump up the beats to get your body moving. This workout promises to be an absolute blast, so don’t forget to bring your friends and family along.
Following the invigorating Zumba session, they have something planned for all health-conscious individuals.
From 9:00 am to 10:30 am, they will be hosting medical talks by two esteemed doctors. Dr. Nicholas, an accomplished Orthopaedic Surgeon, will share valuable insights on “Knee Pain: Goals of Treatment.” Whether you’ve experienced knee pain or want to prevent it, this talk is essential for everyone.
Simultaneously, Dr. Mohan, a highly regarded General Surgeon, who will enlighten attendees on the topic of “Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.” This presentation promises to be both informative and eye-opening, helping you better understand gastrointestinal health.
In the spirit of giving back to the community, they have partnered with Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun to host a blood donation campaign from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Your selfless donation can save lives and make a significant impact on those in need.
