TELUK INTAN: The Sentuhan Kasih programme for Tamil national-type schools (SJK(T)) in the Teluk Intan parliamentary constituency continued with an allocation to SJK(T) Ladang Batak Rabit.
As the largest SJK(T) school in Teluk Intan, it has consistently produced high-achieving students over the years.
This time, the Madani government has allocated RM150,000 to upgrade various school facilities.
The funds will be used to improve classroom quality, carry out building maintenance, purchase new desks and chairs, and upgrade the school field and kindergarten play facilities. Additional fans will also be installed for student comfort.
The allocation was officially handed over by Pasir Bedamar State Assemblyman, Woo Kah Leong.
This funding initiative was also made possible through the efforts of Teluk Intan Member of Parliament, Nga Kor Ming.
