Giving just fifteen minutes of your time can save up to three lives. Komuniti Baha’i Ipoh and Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun are organising a blood donation campaign, which will be carried out on 22 February, starting from 8.30 am until 2 pm, at the Baha’i Bercham Centre, at 26, Persiaran Bercham Selatan 19, Taman Bercham Jaya, 31400 Ipoh, Perak.
Remember to follow the basics.
1) Aged between 18 – 60 years old.
2) Weigh 45 kg and above
3) Get minimum sleep of 5 hours
4) For female donors, should not be pregnant, having her period or breastfeeding.
5) Bring either original IC or blood donor book
