IPOH: A courtesy visit by the Chief Executive Officer of Tourism Perak to the Ipoh Echo office saw engaging discussions and an exchange of ideas between both parties.
Tourism Perak Chief Executive Officer, Suhaimi Abu Hassan Shari, attended the visit together with several officers and staff members as part of efforts to strengthen strategic ties and enhance cooperation between the media and Tourism Perak.

During the visit, Ipoh Echo Editor-in-Chief Rosli Mansor Ahmad Razali briefed the delegation on the operations of Ipoh Echo and Peraktastic, which serve as strategic media partners in the English and Malay languages.
Suhaimi said that in facing the challenges of the modern era, all parties must learn new knowledge and adopt more effective communication approaches that can reach a wider audience.

The delegation was also taken on a tour of IpohWorld, where they viewed historical artefacts and heritage items, and expressed excitement over several valuable collections that are difficult to find today.
Suhaimi expressed hope that the visit to media agencies in Perak, which began with Ipoh Echo, would serve as a platform for exchanging ideas and information.
This includes exploring strategic collaboration opportunities, particularly in expanding the promotion and coverage of tourism in Perak.
