IPOH: Residents in Ipoh and surrounding areas are expected to face uncertain weather tomorrow, Friday, March 20, as forecasts indicate the possibility of scattered thunderstorms throughout the day.


According to weather projections, daily temperatures are expected to reach a maximum of around 29°C, while the minimum temperature may drop to about 21°C.
In the morning, conditions are forecasted to be cloudy with temperatures around 27°C, signaling the likelihood of more significant weather changes in the afternoon.
By the afternoon, the probability of rain or scattered thunderstorms is estimated at around 50 percent.
During this period, temperatures may also rise to as high as 33°C based on some forecast sources.
Meanwhile, at night, the weather is expected to become calmer but remain cloudy, with temperatures ranging between 25°C and 27°C.
The chance of rain is also reported to be lower, at around 20 to 23 percent.
In a related development, Malaysian Meteorological Department (METMalaysia) stated that several areas nationwide are expected to experience challenging weather conditions starting tomorrow, particularly rain and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
The public is advised to stay alert to weather changes and plan activities accordingly, especially for those returning to their hometowns or making final preparations ahead of the festive season.
