LENGGONG – The SIHAT AI Kiosk at the Kota Tampan State Constituency (DUN) Service Centre is now fully operational, marking an important step towards expanding access to digital healthcare services for the local community.

The kiosk’s operations are coordinated by Digital Perak in collaboration with the Hulu Perak District Health Office (PKD) and Lenggong Health Clinic.

The facility enables local residents to access early health screening services more easily, quickly and closer to their communities.

Through the SIHAT AI initiative, smart technology is utilised to facilitate health monitoring.

Among the kiosk’s key features are screenings for blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, body temperature, blood glucose, cholesterol, uric acid, body weight, body mass index (BMI) and body composition analysis.

The facility also raises public awareness of the importance of regular health screenings and medical check-ups.

In a statement, Digital Perak expressed its appreciation to Perak Menteri Besar and Kota Tampan Assemblyman, Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad, for his continued support.

This achievement further expands digital healthcare initiatives for the well-being of the people.

Appreciation was also extended to the Hulu Perak District Health Office, Lenggong Health Clinic, technology partner Coexrt and all parties involved in making the SIHAT AI Kiosk in Kota Tampan operational.

Previously, in July, the Perak government, through Digital Perak, launched a pilot project for the SIHAT AI Smart Health Kiosk at the Perak Techno-Trade Centre (PTTC) in Bandar Meru Raya, Ipoh.

Through the pilot project, the SIHAT AI Kiosk serves as a self-service health screening centre, enabling members of the public to obtain basic health assessments more easily, quickly and closer to their communities.
