BIDOR: Perak Housing and Property Board (LPHP) and the developer Demi Hartajaya Sdn Bhd. have successfully developed a sustainable housing area through the Lakeview Residence @ Bidor project.

The collaboration between LPHP and Demi Hartajaya is also a strategic step towards creating more quality housing at affordable prices.

Menteri Besar Perak, Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad, stated that this construction provides an opportunity for residents in the Batang Padang district and surrounding areas to own their dream homes at reasonable prices.

“I believe that this good effort and collaboration will be the starting point for more partnerships involving state governments and other private companies.

“This public-private partnership initiative can be further strengthened through broader collaboration.

“It not only boosts productivity but also drives economic growth through housing development projects for the people of Perak,” he said.

He said this during a speech at the Open House for Aidilfitri and the Launching Ceremony of the Lakeview Residences @ Bidor Housing Project.

This project, developed on LPHP-owned land, commenced on October 20, 2022.

It involves 64 residential units developed in two phases, with 20 percent specifically allocated for Bumiputera buyers.

The first phase comprises 36 single-story semi-detached houses, while the second phase consists of 16 single-story semi-detached houses and 12 single-story terrace units.

The variety of housing options is expected to meet the needs of various segments of society.
