TAIPING: Good news for the fortunate ones.
To enhance the celebration of Taiping’s 150th anniversary, Taiping Zoo & Night Safari is offering a special promotion to visitors.
The zoo management is providing free admission for every 150th visitor daily from January 21 to December 31.
Additionally, free entry is extended to visitors born in 1964, symbolizing the opening of Zoo Taiping in 1961, marking 64 years of operation.
This promotion is available until December 31 this year.
Originally known as Taman Mergastua Sultan Idris Shah, Taiping Zoo was the only zoo located in the northern part of Peninsular Malaysia.
Its establishment aimed to serve as a conservation centre for endangered animal species.
